Welcome, Corbin Blosat!
Pittsburgh native, Corbin Blosat recently joined the team as a Associate Advisor. Corbin graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Science degree in education in 2013.
Before starting his career with SVN Corbin was a part of the hospitality industry in the downtown Pittsburgh bar and restaurant scene. Within the last 5 years he has been involved in opening 4 new restaurants downtown as a General Manager or Bar Manager.
Corbin’s interest in real estate is not limited, and he feels that his broad interest in this field allows him to see potential ideas for growth with all of the properties he will work with. He enjoys networking, learning more about the industry’s potential for growth, and spending time on the beach, especially Hatteras, NC. and Ocracoke Island.
Welcome, Eric Huang!
Eric Huang is an intern at SVN | Three Rivers Commercial Advisors for the summer of 2018. Currently Eric is enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University, and is an interdisciplinary student studying economics and Chinese studies, while minoring in business administration.
Eric was born and raised in Edison, NJ, located 40 minutes outside of New York City to immigrant parents from the island nation of Taiwan. As a student Eric has studied in multiple countries such as, London School of Economics and the Shanghai International Studies University over the past two summers. He feels as though these experiences have enriched himself personally, and professionally. Along with interning at SVN|TRCA Eric is involved in residential life at his university by being an on-campus Resident Assistant (RA), this allows him to mentor first-year students who are just entering college.
Eric possesses strong quantitative skills and a determination to apply what he has learned in school to the workplace. He’s a rising senior at Carnegie Mellon University and is looking forward to learning more about the commercial estate industry while further exploring the Pittsburgh community.
