Welcome, Zack Fejes!
Zack has joined the SVN|TRCA Property Management team as our first Director of Property Management, a new role and additional service recently added to our office.
His knowledge of the real estate industry expands over 13 years and is not limited to a certain niche. Zach has sold over 200 million dollars of newly constructed homes, as well as invested in over 100 retail units, thus far. Along with sales and investing he has experience in leasing in Florida, as well as local counties such as, Allegheny, Butler, Washington, and Westmoreland.
Zack is a graduate of the university of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Finance. Currently he resides in the North Hills with his wife and their three children.
Welcome, Ted Haaz!
Pittsburgh native, Ted has joined the SVN|TRCA Property Management team as a Project Manager. He is currently a student at Duquesne University and will be entering his junior year during this Fall 2018 semester, studying Finance.
After managing a 4 unit strip mall owned by his father Ted took interest in property management and pursued his position that is currently under Zack’s direction. Marketing properties, setting up and managing appointments, hosting tours, and overseeing the maintenance crews tasks are some of his responsibilities in his role.
Ted serves as Vice President of his fraternity, Sigma Tau Gamma and has recently traveled abroad to study in London, Madrid, and Barcelona. He is eager to meet new people in his field as well as gain more knowledge about the commercial real estate industry.
